The establishment of a school was one of the first concerns of the new residents of Anthoupoli. Only a year after completing the construction of the housing, in 1981, the schools of Anthoupoli began operating.
The first years of the schools’ operation were very hard. Shortages in materials and equipment, social and financial problems, constituted the schools’ operation as troubling.
